Open Insert Fields dialog (Ctrl-F2), Functions tab, select "Hidden Paragraph", press F1

Actual: 404 (not found)  Help ID: modules/swriter/ui/fielddialog/tabcontrol

Tested on master and works for me.

Note: HID sent is HID=modules/swriter/ui/fldfuncpage/type
