Place cursor in a Table.
On the Table bar, hover mouse over "Optimize Size" and press F1.

Actual: swriter/main0000.xhp
Expected: https://help.libreoffice.org/7.6/en-US/text/shared/02/04210000.html?&DbPAR=WRITER

It looks like this affects the whole toolbar, not just the "Optimize Size" button.

All the buttons share the same HID: SW_HID_EDIT_WIN

I might need to talk to someone who works with the UI in order to fix this.
