Description Kurosh Tavassoli 2023-03-02 07:49:18 UTC
Description:
When we add a pig picture to a document, we can insert infinite new lines without creating a new page.

Steps to Reproduce:
This happened to me twice with same picture on two different machines.

1- open a PDF with L.O. Draw
2- Copy a whole page as an image
3- Insert image on second page of a writer document
4- Try to insert new lines just after the image

Actual Results:
Writer does nothing. It just doesn't do anything.

Expected Results:
Writer is supposed to create new pages, when we reach end of the last page.

Reproducible: Always

Thank you for your report!

I believe you are adding new lines inside the picture, as it is difficult to click out of it when it overlaps completely (or most of) the page. You are actually using the picture as a container of text, which is expected.
When the picture is selected, you can press Escape to go back to the page (or, if there is some part of the page still visible, like on the left in the example document, click there).

I will mark as "not a bug" but please let us know if you still think there is an issue.
