this file is working only with microsoft 365, not even online version
i want to use it with linux and libre office

i cant see what is inside cells in

there is menu, which i can choose, but i cant, because i cant see it

I see, c10:c14 are blank with Calc, and after save an reopening, validation for those cells disappears. What happen with web version of excel.
Also, after show comments on B10:B11 they stay behind validation cells, after save and reopening there are visible.
