For calibri font standard scaling results in invisible text (roughly 90% to 150% scaling don't show the font in calc) this happens in calc, writer, impress… and some other fonts. Libre sans seams to be shown/rendered in same situation.

- How did you install the Calibri font?

Reverting to cairo-1.17.6-2 did the trick. Problem identified.
