1. Insert Index entry dialog.
2. Click on New User-defined index dialog
3. Click on Help button in the popup dialog "Create New User-Defined Index"

Actual: 404 error
Help ID: modules/swriter/ui/newuserindexdialog/dialog-action_area1

Expected: ??
