I don't like having to insert an animation effect I'm not interested in, and then changing it into the effect I want. But - I have no choice, since the effect type list box is grayed out / empty until you've focused an effect, i.e.only relates to a pre-existing effect.

FWIW, I'm pretty sure I brought this up at some point in some bug..
