scrollbars disappear if save as .xlsx format
they are still there and working in .ods format
they are still there but different in .xls format

Using .ods the scrollbar loads and the data updates as the bar is dragged
Using .xls the scrollbar loads but the data doesn't update as it is dragged but does update once the mouse is released and the formatting (colours etc) is missing

This issue has already been reported in bug 104309.
Please feel free to test a more recent version (like 7.5.1.2) and report back in 104309 if anything has changed.
