Main features: 1. groups options under meaningful section titles 2. organizes sections starting with the one that affects greater number of users, and then downward. 3. better labelling (i.e., more accurate presentation of the function of each option) Comparison with current dialog 1. (has poor section titles) 2. (no apparent logic to section ordering) 3. (labels are wrong, hard to understand in Category and Frame Format section)

How about adding GtkAlignment to start all dropdowns at the same position (and fill the dialog)? Larger redesign proposal in bug 153248.

Should be approved by those BZ citizens who ask regularly for transparent interface (without having to read help).
