Steps to Reproduce: 1.a viso file (.VSD) with Tranditional Chinese character in text box opened with draw 2. All is OK except that Tranditional Chinese characters can not displayed properly. Actual Results: All is OK except that Tranditional Chinese characters can not displayed properly. Expected Results: All is OK except that Tranditional Chinese characters can not displayed properly.
