I can see the icon in the upper left corner but I can't see the other icons

I can see only a few icons but not all.

Example :
1. Choose the Dark LibreOffice theme : "Options" dialog, "Libreoffice", "Personalisation", select "Preinstalled Theme", next click on the theme "Dark" theme and apply).
2. Choose the a dark icon them (Breeze or Sifr).

Same problem with the "tabbed compact" toolbar.
