UI: blue insert header button not correctly rendered with SKIA raster on macOS

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer with Force Software Rendering active
2. Left Click on top page marginq

Actual Results:
See screenshot.

Expected Results:
The usual look

Earliest version: 7.3.0.1

7.2.0.1 has no skia option - probably never worked with skia + force software rendering, so no regression.

Additional finding:

- click on top page margin
- broken (tiled) view for header shows
- switch focus to a different software
- LibreOffice shows header info in normal form (no tiles)
