Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and install LO 7.5.1.2
2. Doubleclick on the desktop icon to launch it

When LO fails to launch, try safe mode

3. Go to Windows menu and launch LO in safe mode

Actual Results:
LO failed to load. From a user perspective, nothing happens when you try to start LO.

Expected Results:
LO should load normally.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
Because LO did not load I do not have access to any information apart from the Windows Error Log.

Please note: I could not reset my user profile because when I tried launching LO in safe mode it still crashed.

Take a look if LibreOffice is in 'Aggregate / Delete programs'
If so, try to modify -> repair.

If it doesn't work, try to uninstall and reinstall again.

That worked (although the typo had me confused for a bit). Thanks a whole lot.

For anyone else who encounters this problem...

Simply go to Windows Settings -> Add/Remove programs and then follow the instructions above.
