Description:
When first navigating back to the application the screen will flash black.

When resizing the window the screen will flash sometimes multiple times.

when accessing some menu items the screen flashes.

Sometimes there is multiple flashes, and when resizing the window left and right it happens less than up and down but it still flashes the screen black.
