Description:
Headlines in the local Help are styled as plain text, inhibiting readability.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press F1
2. Open a page, eg. ABS (function) and scroll half a page
3. try to glance where the section begins

Actual Results:
The headline ABS(Number) is not styled bold nor as a headline and all but vanishes in the surrounding text

Expected Results:
The headine follows a <br> and/or <hl> and is styled bold and in a slighty larger pt size

Do you mean https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/scalc/01/04060106.html ?

The heading ABS is h2, a correct second level heading.

The text "ABS(Number)" should not be a heading.

Please explain what is wrong exactly.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
