LibreOffice is cross platform and its Windows os/DE support is not UWP, it is a WDM Desktop application unlikely to be refactored to UWP which would be required to implement the Mica or Acrylic "theming".

Some potential to improve the LO 'Personalization' (old Mozilla "themes" bug 125217) to provide transparency and color gradient, but it would not be the UWP dependent Mica or Acrylic application backdrop.
