Created attachment 186479 [details] Example of Mica applied to application background
LibreOffice is cross platform and its Windows os/DE support is not UWP, it is a WDM Desktop application unlikely to be refactored to UWP which would be required to implement the Mica or Acrylic "theming". Some potential to improve the LO 'Personalization' (old Mozilla "themes" bug 125217) to provide transparency and color gradient, but it would not be the UWP dependent Mica or Acrylic application backdrop. Clearly => WF =-ref-= https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/windows-app-sdk/system-backdrop-controller https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/design/style/mica https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/design/style/mica#when-to-use-mica-or-mica-alt
And here is the win32 support for > Win11; requires the WinRT runtime hacks =-ref-= https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/desktop/modernize/apply-mica-win32
