Similar to bug 92667 but that one is only about the minor issue in the title bar, not about buttons being inactive.
The problem is the inactive buttons, not the header. The "edit" button is pressed, but the buttons remain inactive. And if you switch to the classic interface, not the ribbon, the buttons are active. Thank you!
