Description:
Wrong repeated time counting
(06.04.2023 13:00:00) + time(1;0;0) -> (06.04.2023 13:59:59)

look at www.sumava21.cz/pom/time_counting_error.ods

Steps to Reproduce:
1.06.04.2023 15:00:00
2.(1) + time(1;0;0) -> 06.04.2023 16:00:00
3.(2) + time(1;0;0) -> 06.04.2023 17:00:00
4. repeate cca 24x
5. -> 07.04.2023 14:59:59 ERROR

Actual Results:
07.04.2023 14:59:59 ERROR

Expected Results:
07.04.2023 15:00:00
