Another Sample file

This might not be a particular LibO problem. ZAMZAR PDF export from sample document also will not show Hyperlink (at it's place?).

And please try attached .docx from <https://file-examples.com/index.php/sample-documents-download/sample-doc-download/>:

11. Open document in Writer (rightclick → open with LibO Writer)
12. Export to PDF (Checked: Export structure, Export Place Holders, Export
    empty pages, Show Document title,
Export structure elements as named targets, Relative URLs
13. Test result:
» Hyperlink behind "Mauris id ex erat" still works 👌

a) What's so special with reporter's sample document?

Online Office 365 exports PDF with a functional hyperlink.
With a recent trunk build of LO, link not functional when exported to PDF and opened in Evince, Firefox, Okular.
Same issue with sample DOCX converted to ODT.
