Description:
This problem exist even I turn on or off Skia rendering.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any LibreOffice app (like Writer)
2.Click "Insert" tab and choose chart
3.Now click the "Properties" botton in the right side of the screen.

Actual Results:
Shows the charts properties but will instantly disappear

Expected Results:
Shows the charts properties.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

2 things you can try:
- upgrade to LO 7.5.2

A question has been asked about 6 months ago.
So before putting back to UNCONFIRMED instead of NEEDINFO, please:
- upgrade to LO 7.5.7 (since meanwhile, LO evolved)
- give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps
