Description: Hi, Santali does not appear in the language list of Libre office writer. I have attached a Locale data file for Santali language with Shantanu help(https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154801), I hope if it will be added he can create a dictionary for Libre office in Santali language. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Type something in Santali (Ol Chiki) in Libre Writer. 2.Bottom bar doesn't seems to change to Santali (Ol Chiki) Actual Results: Santali (Ol Chiki) was not showing in Libre Writer, instead Expected Results: Santali (Ol Chiki) would have displayed. Apparently we don't have your license statement on file, could you please send us a blanket statement that you contribute all your past and future patches under the MPLv2 and LGPLv3+ licenses? As the locale data copied separators, formats and numberings from hi_IN.xml I trimmed it down to inherit using the ref="hi_IN" mechanism. The resulting change is pending as https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/150949 waiting for the license statement.
