LO can't open attachment 133912 [details]

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try open attachment 133912 [details]
2. You will see only an error "General input/output problem" 


Actual Results:
Lo can't open PDf file with "General input/output problem"

Expected Results:
Lo opens PDf file with "General input/output problem"

7.2.4 opens the PDF (it took a long time and used so much of memory, but opens), but 7.3 already shows the error message -> regression
