Description:
Suddenly, while i'm writing, the file freezes and closes, maybe when i scroll up the page. The file loses the changes.

Hi, the problem occurs while working on file.doc which is in a VPN.
The bug doesn't happen as a result of specific actions, it could happen while autosave is happening but I don't know.
When the file is reopened the problem no longer occurs. This must have happened 3 or 4 times. If I notice anything else before that happens, I'll let you know.

Something to try: 
Menu -> Tools -> Options -> View -> Check 'Force Skia Software Rendering'. Press OK and restart

Does it still crash?

also, is it on purpose you use LO 32 bits, I mean would it be possible you give a try with LO 64 bits?
