Description:
When selecting a line color from the color picker the line color dialog opens instead of applying the selected color 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. View -> Toolbars -> Line and filling
3. Draw a line 
4. With the line selected -> Press the drop down button of the color selector in the toolbar Line and filling
5. Pick some color

Actual Results:
Line dialog opens

Expected Results:
Line color changes


Reproducible: Always
