Description:
No way to create pivot table compact layout from scratch
After https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/151057 Calc supports pivot table compact layout mode in imported XLSX files.
In MS Excel it's created automatically by just more than one field moving to Row fields area in Pivot table options dialog
But in Calc today you can't create the pivot table compact layout from scratch. There is a new option "Show expand/collapse buttons" in Pivot table options dialog, but it will just create buttons (that don't work in that case!) and will not create pivot table *compact* layout!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try create the pivot table compact layout from scratch

Actual Results:
No way to create pivot table compact layout from scratch

Expected Results:
You can create pivot table compact layout from scratch

Reproducible: Always
