Testing with excel, it allows notes, what are saved an open fine with LibreOffice. With Microsoft® Excel® para Microsoft 365 MSO (versión 2304 compilación 16.0.16327.20200) de 64 bits, there are two options, one to add comments and one to add notes. But now allowed saving the comments in xls format.
