We mainly have reports of the same issue on macOS in bug 153696, but keeping this separate for now. Can you please test again, to see if the issue was related to a transient network problem?

confirmed, happened since the update of curl during the 7.5.0 period, and was fixed for 7.5.2.2 with another update to curl that fixed the problem/so is duplicate. affected version ranges (inclusive): 7.5.0.2 til 7.5.1.2 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 153696 ***
