Description:
The left panel is reduced to the size of its icons

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOfficeDev
2. have a look at the StartCenter
3.

Actual Results:
the size of the left panel is reduced to the size of its icons. Text labels are not visible. The LO logo is not complete.

Expected Results:
Text labels are visible, the LO logo is complete.

Set importance to Major because the StartCenter is unusable as is.

Note: it's my own build. I did a complete rebuild and that did not fix the bug.
