If the Menu -> Help -> About shows under "User Interface" mentions Skia/Vulkan:

Go to: Menu -> Tools -> Options -> View -> Check Force Skia Software rendering. Press OK and restart.

So how did it go? We are still waiting for the Help - About info as well.

Ok, that's a screenshot. You could have just clicked the button to copy the version information as text.

We can see that you don't use Skia/Vulkan at this time. Were you using it before? Did deactivating it help with the crashes?
Comment 7 Ann Marie Thomas 2023-05-17 10:28:25 UTC
The fix was applied as instructed and there have been no crashes since.
I don't know what Skia/Vulkan is, but I did the rendering.
Comment 8 Buovjaga 2023-05-17 10:34:10 UTC
That is interesting to hear. If possible, please copy the contents of the file
C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache\skia.log

into a comment. The "User" directory would be your own user name.

Ann Marie: could you apply https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Graphics-related_issues_(_Skia_) ?
Comment 10 Ann Marie Thomas 2023-05-24 19:21:02 UTC
Entry says If there is other or even "UI Render: Skia/Raster" instead, it usually means the symptoms aren't caused by Skia, and the rest isn't applicable.
Help/About has "UI Render: Skia/Raster"
Problem has not recurred since original fix applied.
Comment 11 Julien Nabet 2023-05-24 19:27:29 UTC
Perhaps I wrongly understood but it seems you had some problem when you were using Skia/Vulkan and you've got no more pb when using Skia/Raster.

If you got last version of your graphic driver, it would be interesting you follow this part:
"If the issue is gone, locate <user profile>/cache/skia.log, and attach it to the bug report. This will help the development team assess whether the issue could be with the Skia/Vulkan implementation in your system, or within LibreOffice."

Meanwhile let's rather put this one to WFM rather than FIXED.
