Description:
Uncertain, but System may have crashed - My system occasionally just locks up for no obvious reason and I have to "reset" and  restart the computer.  
After one of those incidents, a couple of items on a drawing were moved and I am unable to select, move, edit or delete them after restarting the system.    
I cannot create this situation myself.  It just "happened"!!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  UNABLE TO RECREATE THIS AS USER
2.  THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO TO ACTUALLY CAUSE THIS TO HAPPEN.

Have you tried to select the object with the navigator?
