When selecting multiple rows using the black left arrow click-hold scroll, once it selects to the bottom of the window, it does not continue to select and scroll downward, it deselects the previously selected rows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create table of multiple columns, with rows beyond the visible window
2.try to select rows downward

Actual Results:
selected rows deselect when below the app window

Expected Results:
document should scroll and continue to select until mouse button released

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
see expected results.

It looks like a duplicate of Bug 126377
( "If the table includes many rows, the rows can't be selected
when cursor is placed next to the table" )

Already appeared in the version 3.3.0
Comment 2 BrianB 2023-05-15 05:42:24 UTC
Agreed. I just updated to the latest version, which fixed one of the issues (deselecting of rows) but the selection still does not scroll to select rows further down on the document.

I will add my notes to that report. This one can be closed.
