Open https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=187285
Open Form.
Start "Find Record" (left on navigation bar).
Dialog "Record Search" will appear.
Press "Help".

Help page couldn't be found
Help ID: cui/ui/fmsearchdialog/dialog-action_area1

You could find the right page when searching for "Find Record".
