Description:
The RTF specification states that the default for new sections is a new page (https://www.biblioscape.com/rtf15_spec.htm). LibreOffice does not show/print new sections on new pages.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an RTF file with regular /sect control words
2. Open in LibreOffice


Actual Results:
he /sect control words do not appear on new pages

Expected Results:
The /sect control words should appear on a new page, unless accompanied by \sbknone (No section break.) or  \sbkcol (Section break starts a new column.)
