The patch should be included in the daily builds available at https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. It remains a lot of smaller problems, yet, e.g. rejecting column insertion in Manage Changes dialog window, and by menu options, which problems were filed previously, and which will be solved there, see in the metabug (bug 143002).
