All is said in summary.
I have a text in Writer.
If I click after the end of the text; Writer generates automatically "carriage returns" and "spaces" until the location of the click.

Maybe because of the option:
Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice Writer/Formatting aids/Direct cursor.
