1. Create an empty Writer document. 2. Open Accessibility Check Sidebar Deck (Tools->Accessibility Check) "Document title is not set" is shown. This issue should have a "Fix" button to quickly set the title with a simple dialog, similar to ccd6415902ab2fd35658cb28258e0a7ce935d376 .
