Description:
Changing scale in crop dialog doesn't scale image in ratio (and there is no option to do it synched)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 187514 [details]
2. Select the image
3. Press F4 or Format -> Image -> Properties
4. Crop tab
5. Scale.. change the width.. 
6. Click in height field -> also adapted (so proportional) or way to do it proportional

Actual Results:
Can't scale proportionally

Expected Results:
Ability to scale proportionally

Isn't it a duplicate of bug 155509? The image dimension cannot exceed the page size.

No, this is about variant of 'keep ratio'. However, I'm pretty sure this has been a topic previously in some bug (likely/maybe even reported by me?)

Why would you need to crop proportionally? We still talk about cropping not scaling, which is done at "Position and Size".

And changing the value under "Scale" (admittedly a bit misleading; pretty sure we talked about this, maybe at bug 143635 or bug 143037) changes the absolute values under "Image Size" (tab out of the control or click into some other).

Width and height field are indeed independent from each other. But I see no problem in that. If you want a proportional scale of the image, then simple enter the same value in width and height. What scenario does not work for you?
