The language selected as LibreOffice locale (*not* UI language!) in Options->Language Settings->Languages, defines which language is used for module names in Options->Language Settings->Writing Aids: e.g., having UI language set to en-US, and locale set to ru-RU, the Hunspell checker is shown there as "Проверка орфографии Hunspell"; same for other items having translations, like LanguageTool, Libhyphen, and MyThes. Same in "Edit Modules" dialog, that shows using [Edit] button.
