DOCX file - bug DOES MANFIEST - parts of table borders are lost

Description:
FILEOPEN DOCX loading loses table border

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open DOCX attachment in LibreOffice.
2. Open DOCX attachment in MS Word and.
3. Compare the table borders

Actual Results:
In MS Word, the table has black borders all around the table. In LibreOffice Writer, some parts of the black border are missing.

Expected Results:
In LibreOffice Writer, the table should have black borders for all around the table.

Reproducible: Always

DOC file - bug DOESN'T MANIFEST - table loads in LO with full borders

This bug is DOCX specific, as saving the file to DOC in MS Word, and then opening it in LibreOffice Writer shows the complete borders without problem.
