Breakoff from bug 155297.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 187268 [details] in MS Word, confirm it uses "kashida" in Paragraph Options > General > Alignment, and export it to PDF.
2. Open attachment 187268 [details] in LibreOffice, see that there is no Kashida alignment option available, and export it to PDF.

Result: "kashida" alignment set in MS Office is lost in LibreOffice, PDF export looks different.

Repro in:

Version: 7.6.0.0.alpha1+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: a5c1c674e031087ef0516cebac049341dcdd2fcf
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
