Description:
When reading ODS files, a blue background is incorrectly applied to visible notes.  It is not applied to hidden notes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment
2. Right-click cell A3 > "Show Comment"

Actual Results:
Visible comment has blue fill, hidden comment has yellow fill when revealed

Expected Results:
Both comments should be the default yellow
