Description: While the default icon theme (labelled automatic) switches between a dark and light variant when the rest of the program switches, picking another (libreoffice included, not custom) icon theme will stay in either light or dark mode. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Tools -> Options -> View -> Icon Theme 2. Change theme via the dropdown menu to anything other than Automatic (i.e. Sifr (SVG) 3. Toggle system (or LibreOffice settings) theme switch from light to dark (or vice versa) Actual Results: The icon theme remains unchanged, making them harder to see on the changed backdrop. Expected Results: The icon theme switches to the dark variant if theme is switched to dark, or the light variant if theme is switched to light. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: I am filing this (hopefully correctly) as a bug and not a feature request because this functionality already works, but only for the "automatic" theme selected based on OS. My default theme (I use Fedora 38 with GNOME) is Sifr, but my HiDPI display makes it look blurry, meaning my best options are Sifr SVG or Sifr SVG (Dark).
I tried, and the icons remained unchanged. But they were still clear and easy to be seen. I'm not quite sure if it's a bug.
