Description:
Bad example: It crashed and fix it now!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open multiple consoles
2.The office.exe program converts doc files to pdf files by starting multiple processes at the same time

Actual Results:
When multiple processes are started at the same time, only one process is successfully converted

Expected Results:
All processes can be converted successfully


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
