- Can you right-click on the toolbar and unlock it so you can move it to somewhere else?
- Can you right-click on the toolbar and close it?
- Aren't the same buttons visible in the Extension tab?

- Can you right-click on the toolbar and unlock it so you can move it to somewhere else?
No, it does not respond to clicks, no primary or secondary clicks are answered, no dragging is possible.

- Can you right-click on the toolbar and close it?
In order to close it, you have to deactivate the extension and restart lo

- Aren't the same buttons visible in the Extension tab?
One extension has the same buttons repeated in the extension tab, the other does not appear in the extension tab.

I tested with the following steps:

1. Open Writer
2. Turn on View > User Interface > Tabbed UI
3. Install LanguageTool extension 6.1.1 [1] with Tools > Extension manager
4. Restart LO as suggested.

Results:
As in attachment 188362 [details], toolbar is in the Extensions tab as well as below it.
However, I am able to unlock and close the toolbar by right-clicking on it.

Expected: only shows up once.

I can't reproduce this.
You'll have to share with us your version information copied from Help > About LibreOffice, as well as what operating system + desktop environment you are using. This might have to be reported separately, and we can focus on the duplicated toolbar here.
