Description:
In Windows 8, OS version 6.2.9200 Service Pack 1, LibreOffice Writer Version: 7.6.0.1. Image and shape alignment always going to wrong direction and width and height boxes are showing blank.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new file in Writer.
2. Draw any shape or insert image. 
3. Align it center and bottom etc. of page.

Actual Results:
Image and shape alignment always going to wrong direction. The width and height boxes are showing blank.

Expected Results:
The image and size should be properly aligned and the size information should be shown as per the command.


Reproducible: Always

What does it mean to go in the wrong direction? A screen recording would be best.

Was the behaviour different in 7.5?

Width and height boxes are fine for me.
