VML Textbox underline

Run properties have this <w:u w:val="double"/> inside run of txbxContent
but no underline is coming, Is this some kind of bug of underlining or support is completely missing in vml shapes?

NISZ LibreOffice Team, it seems to me, you're experts in the field of VML textboxes. Perhaps you can have a look at it.
