(0) - Header and the entire document does not support Table variables.

Steps to Reproduce:
(0)
0. Open a fresh document.
1. Create a table with at least two rows (example will be attached.
2. Create a header with a valid reference which works from within side another table. e.g <Table1.B2> which is simply 1.

Actual Results:
(0)
Header "Version: <Table1.A2>"
<Table1.A2>
<Table1.A2> is only recognized within <Table2.B2>.

Expected Results:
(0)
Header "Version: 1.0.0"
1.0.0


Reproducible: Always
