Description: Using LO 7.4.7.2 (x64) CALC: -Lost almost all my "comments" on my entries (the majority disappears, some remains?), have recreated my comments for several times and problem continues. -Also on the Font Color table the "dark red" seems to be the default color. I change font colors several times but "dark Red 2" keep coming back as default. At the bottom of the color table you see the colors that have been used (RECENT). I use blue (#0000FF) a lot and it also keep disappearing!, forcing me to keep re-selecting it from the working file. Using WIN 11 Pro Tha last question- Did you try resetting your UserProfile? checkmark empty! so the answer is "NO". Restarted LO in SAFE mode -will recreate all my missing comments ... and see what happens. Briefly read how to reset the User Profile but don't see it clear how to do it. After using the file in SAFE mode, if problem still happening, I'll get back to you! Thanks. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open a CALC file. 2.Insert comments on the required cells 3.Close & save the File. 4.Re-Open the file. 5.A lot of the comments have disappeared from the cells. 5.Re-create the file with the missing comments, etc, add entries! 6. Close & save the file. 7. Later on- reopen the file(s), some of the comments have been lost again! Actual Results: Lost saved comments! Expected Results: Keep saved comments on file! Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: No other info!
Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode What file format do you use to save?
