Description:
In Russian dialog box "Document in Use" has multilingual interface.
All texts are in Russian.
All Buttons (except for the Cancel) and CheckBox are in English.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open ReadOnly Document
2. See dialog box


Actual Results:
Dialog box in 2 languages.

Expected Results:
Dialog box in a single language.


Reproducible: Always
