In the online help, there are two menus that appear in every page (Module and Language menus). When we click any of them and then click the other, both menus remain open. Clicking a second menu should close the first one clicked.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open any online help page
2) Click the "Module" menu
3) With the "Module" menu still open, click the "Language" menu
4) Notice that both will remain opened

The expected behavior would be to have the first menu closed when we click the second menu.

Also, clicking the first menu and then hovering to the other should automatically open the second menu and close the first (as with any menu).

This problem happens both in Firefox and Chromium.
